1:1 UPGRADE Coaching with Thommy Sandvick
Referral coaching for entrepreneurs who are done chasing.
You already go to the events and have the conversations. UPGRADE turns that effort into referrals you can count on, one-on-one with Thommy, over six months.

Will Craddock runs a mold remediation company. In his first year he cut seven networking events a week down to one group and 6x'd his expected revenue. Read his story
01 / Start here
Start with a free discovery call.
It isn't a coaching session and it isn't a sales pitch. You and Thommy work out one thing: whether 1:1 coaching is the right next step for you.
- 1
Take the Referral Habits Assessment.
It takes a few minutes and shows which of the six habits is holding your referrals back. Bring your results to the call.
- 2
Talk it through with Thommy.
Where your referrals come from today, where you want them to come from, and what keeps getting in the way.
- 3
Get a straight answer.
If UPGRADE fits, you hear how it would work for you. If it doesn't, Thommy tells you that too.

02 / When to book
Book the call if this is you.
Two situations bring people to UPGRADE. Most clients recognise one of them right away.

You're doing the work
You go to the events. You have the conversations. You post, you follow up when things get slow, and referrals still arrive at random.

You're at capacity
Referrals are flowing and you can't handle more. You need to build the next level without ghosting your network.
If neither is you yet, take the assessment and come back when it is.
03 / The 12 sessions
Six months. Twelve sessions. One more referable you.
Two 30-minute sessions a month with Thommy. Each one ends with specific actions, and the next one starts by checking them.
The six habits are adapted from Brendon Burchard's High Performance Habits. Thommy teaches Brendon's work, the two are friends, and Brendon knows about UPGRADE.

Mold remediation, first year in business
Will Craddock
- Where they started
- Going to as many as seven networking events a week: groups, chambers, associations. Working hard, and on track to look back at year one and realise he had been busy, not strategic.
- What they worked on
- He cut to one core networking group, built communication blocks into his calendar, reworked his 1:1 meetings so people wanted to refer him, set up weekly follow-up and hosted events for his best referral sources.
- What happened
- 6x his expected first-year revenue. Doubled the business he got from BNI. Gave 300 referrals and received 80 in nine months, not counting referrals outside BNI.
“Thommy taught me clarity and focus. His guidance and availability have helped me not only get more referrals, but have more fun doing it.”
06 / Who it's for
Built for people whose business runs on referrals.
If most of your best clients came from someone you already know, UPGRADE was built for you.

Your past clients and sphere should be handing you listings. UPGRADE builds the follow-up that makes it happen.

Agents send buyers to the lender they trust to show up. That reputation can be built on purpose.

Clients refer the advisor they hear from between reviews, not the one they only see once a year.

Most of your best cases already come from introductions. UPGRADE makes those introductions predictable.

Your clients know people who need you. Give them a clear reason and an easy way to say so.

One good engagement should lead to three. It happens when you ask and follow up.

Every talk is a room full of future introductions, if you follow up with the right people afterwards.

Great work only sells itself after someone introduces it. UPGRADE builds the people who do the introducing.

Not a coach and not in sales? If you serve people, this works.
Take the Referral Habits Assessment07 / Questions
Before you book.
The three doubts people bring before a first call about UPGRADE. Tap one to see how Thommy answers it.

“This isn't right for me because…”
Half the clients on this page aren't. Will Craddock runs a mold remediation company, Kelley Rheault founded Purple Camo after the Air Force, and Terri Mandigo runs a hemp business. If your clients come from people you know, the habits apply.
Will was in his first year of business when he started. Building the habits early is easier than unlearning the busy ones later.
You don't have to. UPGRADE works on the relationships you already have: past clients, friends, partners. A group is one channel, not a requirement.
That's one of the two best times to call. At capacity, the work is building the next level without ghosting the network that got you there.

“This won't work because…”
Knowing it and running it every week are different things. UPGRADE lives in the gap between knowing and doing, with your actions checked every session.
Then you know where the six habits come from. Thommy teaches Brendon Burchard's work, adapted for referrals, and the two are friends. Reading it and doing it for six months with a coach are not the same.
It's twelve sessions spread over six months, with specific actions between every one. The coaching happens on the calls; the change happens in the weeks between them.
Motivation fades by Monday. Every session ends with actions for the next two weeks, and the next session starts by checking them.

“I can't start right now because…”
The price depends on what you need, and the discovery call is where that gets worked out. You hear the number before you commit to anything, and the call itself is free.
Sessions are 1:1 on Zoom and Thommy coaches clients across the country. Orlando clients can add the Brew Crew, his in-person networking group.
It's two 30-minute sessions a month for six months, plus the actions you choose between them.
UPGRADE is 1:1 only. If a group fits you better, Thommy will point you to one he recommends.
